Reformer Foundations is designed around the fundamentals of Pilates to introduce anyone new to Pilates or the Reformer machine.
Focusing on proper form, alignment, breathing and technique, this is a beginner class which allows you to build your foundation in Pilates in a safe and supportive environment. Learn how to engage your core muscles and activate the right muscle groups through easy cues and hands-on adjustments in a small-sized class
You'll learn how to use the Reformer’s springs, straps, and carriage to build strength, increase flexibility, and improve posture. Emphasis is placed on form, control, and mindful movement to ensure a strong Pilates foundation.
Reformer Define is designed for those who have built a solid foundation and are ready to deepen their Pilates practice. Still focusing on postural alignment, controlled movement and continued emphasis on breath, expect repertoires that burn and challenge your stability and coordination, while continuing to develop core strength, stability, and mobility.
Through increased challenge in transitions and sequences, with a moderate pace and more advanced movement patterns, it will work your muscles and leave you feeling energized and strong.
